James McGuirk

James McGuirk is Vice President of Human Resources/Contract Administration for CWG, and has been with the company since its inception. In this role, Mr. McGuirk supervises the company's business relationships with financial institutions and outside legal counsel, is responsible for risk management, and oversees our Human Resources Department. With over 25 years of experience in financial services and risk management, Mr. McGuirk utilizes his considerable corporate administration knowledge to advise and support CWG's executive management on issues of business financing, contracts, governance, legal affairs, and labor and employment.
Prior to joining CWG, Mr. McGuirk has held positions as Vice President and General Manager of Hudson's Bay Company, one of the oldest commercial corporations in North America, Vice President/Sales of one of the largest commercial insurance brokerage firms on Long Island, and as Chief Operations Officer for Globalwide Electronics Group. He is a licensed property and casualty insurance broker, holds a B.A. in Economics from City College of New York, and, with several partners, owns Great Rock Golf Course, where he enjoys a game whenever possible.
