Apprenticeship Programme

CWG’s Apprenticeship Programme is a great alternative to access further education after GCSEs/A Levels.

The apprenticeship offering will be from Level 2 (Intermediate level) through to Level 6 (Degree Level). All apprentices will be completing a recognised qualification at a designated training provider, college, or university one-day a week. The remainder of the week will be working within departments contributing to team goals.

Applications for the 2026 Apprenticeship Programme are now closed.

Work Experience Programme

CWG prides itself on providing opportunity to local residents through partnerships with local schools and charities operating within Tower Hamlets as a commitment to helping young people meet their potential.

Our Work Experience programme is aimed at those studying GCSEs and A-Levels (or equivalent) to gain a better understanding of the working environment at CWG. Our business is more than just property; our teams work across finance, legal, marketing, people, technology, arts and events, cyber security (IT) and much more!

Work experience usually lasts between 1-2 weeks. The scheme is aimed at students between the ages of 14 and 18 years. We encourage students to think about future employability, with mini projects designed to develop transferable skills throughout the programme.
